Classical
Emma has been training as a classical soprano since she was 14. Under the tutalage of Cynthia Vaughn at Magnolia Music Studio, Emma developed a lovely, sparkly upper range as well as a capitavting alto range.
After leaving Magnolia Music Studios and Cynthia Vaughn, Emma got her minor in vocal music studies from the University of Wyoming, Studying under Dr. Katrina Zook and Sabina Balsamo in classical voice studies.

Competitions
Emma competed in a number of vocal music events throughout night school. Videos on the left are from her senior year of high school (2020) in which she competed at WMEA Solo & Ensemble as both a Soprano (top) and an Alto (bottom), the latter of which earned her 2nd and a spot to compete in Washington State Solo & Ensemble before the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Emma was also an annual competitor at Inland Empire NATS, competing classically all 4 years of high school and winning the Musical Theatre Division her senior year.
Operettas
Emma also has a love of opera and operetta, espeically those of Gilbert and Sullivan. She had the unique opportunity to play Samuel, 1st mate to the Pirate King in a production of Pirates of Penzance.
She has also done many opera scene studies, including Gretel of Hansel and Gretel by Humperdink.
